How to break up with your boyfriend over the phone?

i know its a bad idea but were probably not gonna see each other anytime soon so i cant do it face-to-face, and i want to know what you think i should say...How to break up with your boyfriend over the phone?
Just tell him you have to talk to him and that you wish you could talk in person, but since that's not gonna happen that you gotta tell him something. Erm... say hiya and let him ask how you are, in which you reply, not really, when he asks why just explain and be honest with him... even though its hurts...
I think you should be honest and tell him to his face.It is easier to tell him over the phone. I don't know why you are breaking up, but be honest and up front with him, if you plan to move on and date other guys tell him so. Be honest and give him a reason, he does deserve that much.
